GARNELEN4YOU® Spinach Sticks

A pure spinach snack for shrimp

GARNELEN4YOU® Spinach Sticks are a natural single-ingredient complementary food made entirely from gently processed spinach.

Spinach is widely used in shrimp feeding because it combines good acceptance with a useful range of naturally occurring plant nutrients. The sticks provide an easy way to add variety to the feeding routine of Neocaridina and Caridina shrimp, crayfish and aquarium snails.

Naturally rich in carotenoids and micronutrients

Spinach naturally contains:

• carotenoids;

• vitamins B, C and K;

• magnesium;

• potassium;

• iron;

• plant protein.

The carotenoids can support strong, natural colour development, while vitamins and minerals contribute to normal metabolism, general condition and vitality. Plant protein also supports steady growth as part of a varied diet.

100% spinach, with nothing unnecessary added

The recipe contains only spinach.

There are no fillers, preservatives or unnecessary chemical additives. This makes the product suitable for keepers who prefer a simple, clearly defined single-ingredient food.

Like the other GARNELEN4YOU® single feeds, Spinach Sticks are intended to complement the main-food system rather than replace it.

Balanced texture for natural grazing

The sticks are designed to soften at a controlled rate. They do not dissolve immediately, but they also do not remain excessively hard.

This allows several shrimp and snails to graze naturally from the same portion while helping to avoid unnecessary dispersal of food through the aquarium.

Feeding recommendation

Feed approximately 1 cm of stick for every 20 adult shrimp every 1–2 days, alternating with other suitable GARNELEN4YOU® foods.

Spinach Sticks may also occasionally replace one regular main feeding in the same approximate dosage. However, they should not permanently replace Carny Sticks, Planty Sticks or the appropriate GARNELEN4YOU® main-food rotation.

Adjust the amount according to:

• colony size;

• shrimp size;

• available biofilm;

• the number of snails;

• how quickly the previous portion was consumed.

Feed only as much as the animals can reasonably consume, and remove remaining food after no more than two days.
